Per-signature note. Most acts are priced per signature, not per document. A single deed with three grantor signatures = three acknowledgments.

RON caveat. § 167.3 caps remote online notarial acts at $25 per act (base fee + $20 RON surcharge). Platform fees (the RON vendor's own charge) are separate and passed through to the client.

Bundling. A notary may charge less than the maximum but never more. Combine acts at your discretion so long as each act is disclosed.
