1. What this site is

panotaryedu.com is an educational resource about Pennsylvania notary law, operated by Merchant Dash LLC. The Continuing Education and Basic Education courses offered at learn.panotaryedu.com are subject to Pennsylvania Department of State (DOS) education-provider approval, which is pending as of the date above. Until that approval is issued, no paid enrollment is accepted.

2. Not legal advice

Everything on this site — every guide, article, glossary entry, tool output, blog post, and email — is educational information, not legal advice. Pennsylvania notary law is complex and changes. Nothing on the site creates an attorney-client relationship. For a specific situation, consult a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney.

3. No warranty

Content is provided on an "as-is, as-available" basis. We make our best efforts to cite primary sources (RULONA, 4 Pa. Code, the Pennsylvania Bulletin), but we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any page. Always verify against the authoritative government source linked in the citations.

4. Use of the tools

They implement published Pennsylvania rules to the best of our ability; their output is a starting point for your own decisions, not a legal determination. The site links to third-party pages (PA DOS, PA Bulletin, vendor websites, case-law repositories) we do not control. We do not endorse or warrant any third-party service. Platform comparisons are provided for information; always verify current pricing and features with the provider.

Primary sources we quote — statutes, regulations, case law, DOS publications — are public record. You may quote short passages with attribution to the primary source.
